Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for electronic/digital and Online/Mobile Banking products
Perform routine account audits and regular data maintenance on member accounts to ensure records are accurate and resolve discrepancies.
Troubleshoot and assist staff with issues concerning misappropriated loan payments, deposits, payroll deductions, and other electronic transactions that may need clarification and correction.
Assist with processing returned unpaid items, documenting accounts, and notifying members via appropriate correspondence.
Assist with testing new core host release updates and aid in the development, testing, and implementation of new deposit operations products, procedures, and workflows.
Assist with processing IRS Backup Withholding
Provide support for Safe Deposit Box program
Provide support for Notary program
Respond to member & staff requests, problems, and concerns regarding deposit operations related products, policies and procedures
Perform manual adjustments to accounts when processing errors cannot be reversed electronically
Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize systems and workflows
Monitor and analyze transaction trends to identify opportunities for improvement
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired Experience: 2 years of previous experience in deposit operations or related banking experience.
Required Education: High school education
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS software.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of deposit products, services and regulatory requirements.
Strong knowledge of ACH, EFT, and check processing.
