Welcome to the 2024West Virginia University Men'sBasketball Transfer Portal Tracker. Here you will find rolling live updates in timeline format as eachtransfer(both in and out) happens. We'll also include a scholarship breakdown, a name of potential targets, and more. These sections started out light but, now that Darian DeVries has been hired as the new head coach, things could pick up rather quickly (both in and out).

In October of last year, the Division I Council approved changes to theNCAA Transfer Portal for basketball, reducing the time period from 60 consecutive days to 45 consecutive days. According to the NCAA, 61% of athletes who hit the portal did so within the first 30 days.

Three of WVU's twelve scholarship players are officially out of eligibility - guard RaeQuan Battle and big men Akok Akok and Jesse Edwards. Forward Quinn Slazinski has the potential to apply for a waiver for a sixth season, but would also otherwise be out of eligibility.
