It’s tiny news, but this really excites me. Firstly more classes for Dracthyr makes them feel like a race at last, and not merely a class. I am specifically hoping for Druid (green flight), Shaman (black flight), mage (blue flight), Paladin (bronze flight)? Priest (red flight??) to be available as priority over say warrior/rogue/hunter/lock since they’d be the class most attuned. With dracthyr coming as a viable race for other classes in TWW (eventually), can we have the option to pick any race as our visage? this latest patch added the quests for the real meaning of self and visage, it seems like that’s a really big indicator that they understand the importance of that choice. Feb 3, 2023 · The Dracthyr are not pure dragon they are a mix of humanoid and dragon - this probably means, that the form is more substantial in some way.
So we have this conversation over the Dracthyr form in Vadlrakken Also hinted at when they first take on their visage form. It is not like it is for other dragons, there is something more about it. Title. Would you rather play as evokers that are actually other races, with their own intro similar to Allied Death Knights, or as dracthyr that can transform into other races as a visage form? Personally I'd prefer the latter. I just hate the not-a-blood-elf form. Would 100% rather play a dracthyr pretending to be an orc, rather than an orc pretending to be a dracthyr. They should keep the dracthyr racials.
