10 Best Seeds For Minecraft 1.20 Bedrock Edition (2024)

Whenever you create a new world in Minecraft, Bedrock or Java, your world has a special code called a seed. If you were to give that seed to another person, they can recreate the same world you’re in, blemishes and all. The fun part comes from sharing seeds with wonky structures, floating islands, or clusters of resources nearby. The best seeds in Minecraft 1.20 Bedrock Edition tend to have an outstanding feature that just needs to be shared!

1. Absurd Terrain Generation Seed

  • Seed: -7360672562458547898

Despite Minecraft Bedrock Edition being a lot better when it comes to terrain generation, every now and then it’ll generate something truly whacky.

At the coordinates X: -760, Z: 200, you’ll find a mansion with an outpost that stretches to the clouds, stacked on top of an ocean monument and a stronghold. Crazy, right? It’s got a portal to The End, too!

2. Stronghold Above an Ancient City Seed

  • Seed: 2652627906652504065

Here’s yet another Minecraft 1.20 seed that generates a bunch of structures on top of one another at coordinates -1580, -11, -1034. In this one, you have an ancient city underneath a stronghold, surrounded by a mineshaft.

On the surface, you’ll find a quiet little village with a flower field. Sounds like the start of a sinister tale about a village with a secret past or it’s just a front for something worse.

3. Clusters of Diamond Fossils

  • Seed: -8163464662933824519

Deep underground isn’t the only place you’ll find diamonds. You can also find diamond ore inside fossils, and this particular seed features a bunch of them. Starting at -1760, 1880 to -800, 3150, you’ll find clusters of diamond fossils close to one another.

You’ll also find a desert village surrounded by a few sinkholes at -1846, 126, 2181. If you head south from the village, you’ll find mineshafts, too.

4. A Neighborhood of Villagers and Pillagers

  • Seed: 7086852002534687777

You can create a very cinematic playthrough with this seed. At the coordinates X: 184, Z: 152, you’ll find a nice little village in a snowy biome. Everything seems fine at first until you notice the pillager outpost planted right next to the village.

Shortly after I visited the village, they were attacked by the pillagers. Apparently, even in the cold, where survival is more important, pillagers won’t make friends with the villagers.

5. Abandoned Village with Ice Spikes Seed

  • Seed: -7045597715024501821

I’m a big fan of environmental storytelling, and if you are too, then try this seed out. At the coordinates X: 83, Z: 130, you’ll find an abandoned village. It sits in between a plains and icy spikes biome. What happened to the villagers here? Did they pack up and leave? Perhaps there was a brief ice age, or they were overrun by zombies. Who knows!

6. Spawners Seed

  • Seed: 1395364583881794814

If you’re playing in adventure mode and want to set up camp near some mob spawners, this is it. You can find three separate mob spawners very close to where you spawn:

  • X:-462 Y:-20 Z:110
  • X:-536 Y:1 Z:120
  • X:-474 Y:-20 Z:49

One of them (the second on the list) is actually two mob spawners right next to one another and even has a path leading in and out.

7. Stone Island Survival Seed

  • Seed: 6488510104280899766

If you love challenging yourself in survival mode, this seed is definitely for you. You’ll spawn on two islands made of stone out in the middle of the ocean. You’ll see a mushroom island nearby, but it’s quite the swim. You need some tools and resources. Here’s a hint: Dig down to find a lush cave!

8.Spruce Island Village Seed

  • Seed: -8359609476695110720

I always found these types of seeds funny. I have so many questions about these villages. Why are they living on such a tiny island? Maybe they’re descendants of an ancient civilization because nearby are three ocean monuments and ruined Nether portals.

Luckily, you can answer your own questions since you’ll spawn right on the island. It’s a great option for a survival world if you want some of the agonizing grind for resources.

9. Village Next to River Flowing into Ravine

  • Seed: 6698906523053291329

Don’t get me wrong — I love the weird seeds, but my personal favorites in Minecraft are ones that look like they’re ripped straight out of the real world. Here we have a village built right next to a river and that river leads straight into a massive cavern. It’s nice, simple, and I believe there’s a place like this somewhere on Earth. Check it out for yourself at 618, 145, -2551.

10. Taiga Sinkhole with Ancient City Seed

  • Seed: 121825627925

Sometimes, you spawn right next to an awe-inspiring view. That’s what this seed is all about, and what a way to end the best Minecraft seeds in Bedrock 1.20. As soon as you spawn in, climb the nearest hill, and you’ll find beautiful taiga mountains surrounding a bay.

At the center of the bay is a sinkhole, which leads to an ancient city below. The sinkhole is a pretty awesome geological structure on its own, but it’s even bigger if you have the Java Edition of Minecraft. It’s one of the few seeds that works with both versions!
